Always give a 5" to 6" overlap to secure the belt around your waist
Regardless of waist size if the belt is larger than your waist size, it will still give adequate support, but it works better if it is only 5" to 6" overlap of the belt around the waist because it will be less material which will allow the product to be more comfortable for the user.

How it's Made

Belt standard color black and extremely lightweight
Belt inner material is high quality breathable neoprene
Belt outer material is high quality 100% loop Velcro from end to end
Belt has 7" of high quality HOOK VELCRO placed inside of one end to secure product around waist
Belt has medical plastic bones inserted to avoid restriction of the user's movement but still provides stability
Belt has a pocket sewn inside the rear of the belt to support gel packs and other items
The belt is 7" high to provide good comfortable wear and again is flexible
